Your Role

Create a warm, engaging classroom environment. Support early developmental milestones through intentional interactions. Implement lesson plans from our Learning Beyond Paper curriculum Support each child’s social, emotional & academic growth Partner professionally with families. Follow health, safety, and licensing standards with care and consistency.

You’re a Great Fit If You Have: Early Childhood Teacher Qualified

• CDA or college coursework (6 ECE credit hours). Experience working with this age group preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A calm, patient, and professional approach to caregiving.
