Track KPIs and performance metrics related to system usage and provider satisfaction. Participate in informatics and operations meetings to align on organizational goals and identify opportunities for improvement.
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Health Informatics, Nursing, Information Systems, or related field. 3–5+ years of experience in clinical informatics, clinical application support, or health IT. Hands-on experience configuring and supporting EHR systems; experience with Athenahealth is a strong plus.
