About the Program The Foundation Fellows Program, powered by Ameri. Corps VISTA, is a leadership and professional development experience designed for emerging changemakers who want to build long-term solutions to economic and social challenges in Puerto Rico. As a Fellow, you will work on high-impact, capacity-building projects that strengthen communities, organizations, and systems.

This is not an internship — it is a nationally recognized service opportunity that prepares you for leadership in the nonprofit, public, and social innovation sectors. Role Overview Foundation Fellows serve as strategic contributors across key initiatives at Foundation for Puerto Rico. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, design solutions, and help build sustainable programs that advance economic development, community resilience, and innovation.
