Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2024 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 20 years as a top-performing B2B sales professional before being recruited by State Farm. I'm an Ole Miss graduate, a proud mom of two little boys, and family is at the heart of everything I do.

Giving back to the community is one of my passions. I'm actively involved with the Chamber of Commerce and am a strong supporter of children's education and literacy. Our agency regularly stocks local schools, police stations, and fire stations with coloring books for kids to help brighten their day. ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for {{ account.name }}, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
