Line Cook - full time - Hilton Bellevue

T he Hilton Bellevue is currently seeking a qualified Line Cook to join our busy team at Solarium Kitchen + Bar!! Duties Include: Communicate with guests in a friendly and professional manner Wash, cut and prepare items to be used in the preparation of a variety of food items Effectively communicate with Kitchen and restaurant teams, to ensure a seamless guest experience and high guest satisfaction.

Maintain a clean and organized work area Prepare ingredients as instructed, and in compliance with food safety standards Assist dishwashing team with washing and sorting dishes, general cleaning of the kitchen, and trash removal, as needed Qualifications Include: 2+ year food prep and line cook experience Current and valid Food Handler's permit, along with a good understanding of food safety and health code rules The ability to communicate and respond with members at all levels of the organization T he ability to work a flexible schedule including evening and mid shifts, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Previous banquet or large event experience a plus!
