Maintenance Administrator

Schedule and coordinate maintenance tasks, inspections, and repairs for equipment, machinery, and facilities. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, schedules, and maintenance logs. Communicate effectively with maintenance staff, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Track inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and order replacements as needed. Assist in budget management and cost tracking for maintenance projects. Generate reports on maintenance activities, expenses, and equipment performance. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations. Assist in evaluating and selecting vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair services.

Provide administrative support to the maintenance department, including filing, data entry, and correspondence. Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance-related issues and support facility operations. Performs other duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus).

Previous administrative or coordination experience, preferably in a maintenance or facilities management setting. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

Knowledge of maintenance and repair processes is an advantage. Experience with maintenance management software is a plus.
