Title : Deposit Operations Specialist Department : Deposit Operations Reports to : Deposit Operations Mgr.

Overview

Perform daily and other periodic routine deposit operations functions.

Essential Duties

Verify deposit customer signatures Remote capture review Mobile deposit verification Scan loan payments Cross-train on functions of other deposit operations staff in order to provide adequate coverage when needed. Perform all duties in compliance with BSA/AML regulations and requirements Obtains adequate data for CIP on all wire and money instrument transactions Monitors and reports suspicious activity to the BSA Officer Education/Additional Training or Certifications : High school Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience Knowledge/Experience : Software skills including Microsoft Office, Adobe, Internet, and Email Work Environment : The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
