Guest Service Manager

As a Guest Service Manager at Aqua-Tots Swim Schools, you'll play a key leadership role in ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and supporting the overall success of our swim school. You'll be responsible for leading, training, and coaching our Guest Service Associate team while creating a positive, welcoming environment for both employees and families. Daily responsibilities include overseeing front desk operations, monitoring sales performance, increasing enrollments, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, and ensuring customer questions and concerns are handled effectively.

You'll also work closely with the General Manager and Aquatics Manager to support hiring, scheduling, staff development, and daily operations. Through hands-on leadership, team accountability, and a focus on customer satisfaction, you'll help ensure the school meets its sales and operational goals.

Salary: $40,000+ per year Based on Experience

Requirements:

• Availability to work full time
• Availability to work one weekend shift from 8:30am-3pm (Saturday or Sunday)
• Ability to manage and lead a team
• Work alongside General Manager and Aquatics Manager to provide a positive work environment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Ability to process orders and order supplies as needed
• 2 years management experience
• Building relationships with staff and customers
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.

Must be able to accommodate 40-45 hrs per week. Schedule requires4weekdays (Monday-Friday) of a work schedule that can range from 9:30am-8pm and we require1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) with a shift from 8:30am-3pm.
