Key Responsibilities

Act as the brand ambassador by delivering excellent customer service and demonstrating strong product knowledge Drive sales by optimizing every sales opportunity such as produc t/styling recommendations, upselling and cross-selling while striving to exceed customer expectation and satisfaction Strive to achieve personal and team sales target that is set on a daily, weekly and monthly basis Proactively engage with customers and attend to enquiries to create a positive shopping experience Retrieve, organize, and replenish stocks to ensure products are readily available Organize storeroom and arrangement of stocks based on inventory standards Maintain store cleanliness and overall store display/presentation in accordance to visual merchandising standards Operate POS/cashier accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly Requirements Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level / NITEC Strong interest in the fashion retail industry and in fashion styling Passionate in serving customers Sales-driven Good communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with physical tasks such as retrieving products from the stockroom Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays Candidates without retail experience are welcome to apply Notify us about your interest in potential future opportunities by clicking Get Started below.
