This is a PRN position. Position: Industrial Specialist, PRN Location: Hanover, MD Shift: M-F 6a-9p are the current site hours Join Our Team of Industrial Prevention Specialists! Are you a dynamic professional looking to make a real impact? We are searching for a PRN team member with availability to provide on-site coverage Monday-Friday between the hours of 6 AM - 9 PM.

The shift times are variable and subject to change depending on client need. Excellent communicator and team player. What You�ll Do: Conduct pre-employment screenings.

Provide body mechanics training and job coaching. Perform early intervention and ergonomic assessments. Implement wellness and work simulation programs. Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Execute onsite prevention programs, including work simulation and job coaching. Promote health initiatives and engage with staff. Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management. Track and report program metrics. Physical Demands: Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use. Working in a safety sensitive environment Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
