What You’ll Do: Assist the Registered Dietitian in providing personalized nutritional care Ensure meals and snacks are safe, appetizing, and tailored to each resident’s needs Help monitor dietary quality and compliance with healthcare standards Collaborate with dietary staff, care teams, and residents to promote satisfaction and wellbeing Participate in care conferences, resident council meetings, and new resident onboarding What You Bring to the Table: Associate Degree in Nutrition/Applied Science Registered with the Commission for Dietetic Registration At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting Knowledgeable about dietary regulations for nursing homes Organized, compassionate, and a great communicator Perks & Benefits Health, dental, vision, disability & life insurance (subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements) Career advancement opportunities 401(k) with company match through Fidelity Daily Pay: Get up to 50% of your earnings the next day Healthcare is a calling—and we’re here to help you answer it.
