Job description
1.Responsible for detailed engineering/ design calculation of HVAC works 2.Estimation of cooling loads, Air Distribution system design, Chilled water & Hot water Piping Design 3.Field Equipment selection for HVAC System like AHU, FCU , Chiller, Pump, Cooling Tower & Ventilation Unit. 4.To Prepare BOQ as per Tender or to prepare actual BOQ as compared to one received during marketing stage.
5.To Cross check all design and get design approvals 6.Floating the Enquires for BOQ items 7.Preparing the quotations. 8.Tender preparation, Costing Estimation and bidding. 9.Techno-Commercial Negotiating, finalization of orders 10.Site visit 11.Maintaining active contacts with clients, builders, HVAC consultants, architects etc.
12.Discussion with Consultant /Architect/ Client. 13.Analyzing the customer requirements and proposing the solutions. 14.Planning for HVAC system 15.To co-ordinate with Draughtsman for HVAC Drawing & Schematic drawing 16.To get Design & Drawing approvals from Client / Consultant 17.Minting any deviation with Client / Consultant.
18.Handling client/ site queries and maintaining internal engineering status. 19.To prepare comparative statement of materials. 20.To follow-up with purchases for raising PO. 21.Overall Project Co-ordination 22.Proper planning and co-ordination with vendors for delivery of materials 23.Proper planning, co-ordination and communication with clients 24.
Communication with client and vendors in writing through mails. 25.To prepare time schedule adhering to completion as per Clients requirement. 26.To ensure that all the materials are ordered as per specifications in Tender. 27.To follow up with sub-vendors for deliveries of material. 28.To cross-check Purchase Orders raised by Purchase Department
