Studio Sales Manager
GROWING BOUTIQUE FITNESS STUDIO | Sudbury, MA
Full-Time or Part-Time • $20–$25/hour + Commission + Performance Bonuses
We're Growing. And We're Looking for Someone Who Wants to Grow With Us.
We're not looking for someone who simply wants to manage a fitness studio. We're looking for someone who loves people, thrives on building relationships, knows how to drive sales, and gets genuinely excited about helping others change their lives.
We're a growing boutique fitness studio passionate about creating an incredible member experience, building a strong local community, and developing a team that takes pride in what they do. We believe great sales happen when people feel valued, heard, and understood.
If you love a challenge, bring positive energy, and understand that business growth starts with human connection, we want to meet you.
What Does a Studio Sales Manager Actually Do?
You help grow a business while making a difference in people's lives. Pretty great combination, right?
- Drive Sales & Revenue: Own membership goals, build relationships with prospects, and turn meaningful conversations into memberships.
- Build Community Connections: Create local partnerships, grassroots marketing opportunities, referral relationships, and community events.
- Lead & Inspire: Coach and motivate team members to take ownership of their performance.
- Create an Incredible Member Experience: Help everyone who walks through our doors feel welcomed, valued, and cared for.
- Own the Follow-Up: Manage leads, appointments, sales conversations, and follow-up with consistency and intention.
- Support Studio Operations: Keep the studio organized, well-maintained, and running efficiently.
- Bring Ideas to the Table: Find opportunities to improve the business, member experience, and studio growth.
We believe in understanding the WHY behind what we do and making every interaction count.
The Kind of Person We're Looking For
- Has a servant’s heart: You genuinely enjoy helping people and believe leadership starts with service.
- Loves sales: Not pushy, transactional sales—sales built on listening and understanding needs.
- Takes ownership: You identify opportunities and take action without waiting to be told.
- Is naturally curious: You ask questions, enjoy learning, and find ways to make things better.
- Has a sense of humor: We work hard, but believe you should have fun doing it.
- Thrives on a team: You celebrate others’ wins and collaborate.
- Wants to grow: You welcome feedback and want to become an even stronger professional.
Most importantly, you believe fitness can change lives and want to help make that happen.
We're Probably Not the Right Fit If...
- You prefer waiting for direction instead of taking initiative.
- You see sales as a numbers game rather than a chance to connect.
- You struggle with accountability or following through.
- You do not enjoy working as part of a team.
- You want every workday to look exactly the same.
Why Would Someone Amazing Want to Work With Us?
- Your voice matters: We want your ideas, questions, and input to help us improve.
- Your growth matters: We want to develop you into a stronger leader and sales professional.
- You can make a real impact: Your efforts will directly influence studio success.
- We celebrate success together: We recognize wins and support one another.
- Your work matters: We help people become healthier, stronger, more confident, and more connected.

You don't have to know everything on day one. You do need to be willing to learn, take feedback, and put in the effort to become great.
Let's Talk About Compensation & Flexibility
Hourly pay: $20–$25, based on experience. Additional opportunities include membership sales commissions, performance bonuses, and incentives tied to studio growth.
Schedule: Full-time or part-time; typical shifts of 6–8 hours. Daytime, evening, and weekend availability. Flexible scheduling based on studio needs and mutual availability. Some administrative work may be completed remotely, depending on responsibilities.
