Local Truck Driver

Local Truck Driver We are seeking a reliable and experienced Local Truck Driver to join our team . The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating a truck to transport farm, lawn & garden, and powersports equipment among S&H store locations and to customers.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck Load, secure, and unload cargo Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups Follow all traffic laws and regulations Report any issues or incidents Communicate effectively with customers and team members ​Qualifications: Valid commercial driver's license (CDL Class A) and DOT medical certificate Clean driving record Minimum of 2 years of experience as a truck driver Experience with farm equipment Excellent customer service skills Ability to lift heavy objects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits: Company pays 100% of employee only health insurance 7 paid holidays 401K retirement plan with a company match up to 3% Company paid $15,000 life insurance policy Yearend bonus Pay weekly No waiting period for paid time off Vision Dental Voluntary life insurance Short term disability Some Saturdays may be required, occasional overtime should be expected.
