What you will do
As an Integration Architect in our Workday practice, you willl: Lead the architecture and design of complex Workday integration solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with client enterprise architecture. Own Integration architecture and key deliverables across the full Workday implementation lifecycle.
Partner with client stakeholders, functional teams, and third-party vendors to define requirements and develop effective integration strategies. Serve as a technical authority, providing architectural direction, design oversight, and guidance on complex integration challenges. Lead and oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of Workday integrations and reporting solutions.
Establish integration standards, patterns, and leading practices to drive quality and consistency across implementations. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Integration Consultants and Developers. Support business development and thought leadership through solutioning, proposals, reusable assets, methodologies, and client presentations.
What you bring to the role Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong experience designing and delivering Workday integrations, including EIB, Core and Cloud Connectors, PECI/PICOF, Workday Studio, custom reports, and calculated fields. Strong knowledge of integration technologies including Web Services, REST APIs, XML, XSLT, SOAP, WSDL, and JSON.
Experience defining integration architecture, design standards, and technical solutions for complex Workday implementations. Ability to provide technical leadership, oversee integration deliverables, and guide development teams through the implementation lifecycle. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex integration requirements, dependencies, and risks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise both technical and business stakeholders. Workday certifications and experience with broader ERP and enterprise integration environments are considered assets. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment and travel to client sites as required.
KPMG Ontario Region Pay Range Information The expected base salary range for this position is $103,000 to $135,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information The expected base salary range for this position is $101,000 to $130,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
