We currently have a position open for a full-time Risk Control Data Analyst to join our Risk Control team. The Risk Control Data Analyst helps operate by combining traditional risk control evaluation with quantitative data analysis. This role transforms complex loss data, property appraisals, and field visit findings into actionable risk insights, predictive models, and data-driven recommendations that enhance client education and risk mitigation strategies.

This position is inclusive of our company benefits package which offers healthcare, employer matching 403(b), paid vacation, professional training, and other programs. You will have the knowledge that your work is meaningful and valuable. Exceptional benefits, great paid time off and additional perks that come with working at ARM.

We will count on you to: Clean, query, and analyze historical claims, loss data, and risk metrics to identify root causes, emerging exposures, and cost drivers across church entities. Conduct physical and virtual property and liability risk assessments, utilizing both field observations and analytical data to advise clients on high-priority risk mitigation strategies.

Design, build, and maintain interactive risk dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to communicate risk exposure trends to leadership and clients. Perform property valuations using appraisal software, validating output against historical risk data and exposure trends to ensure accurate coverage and underwriting metrics.

Leverage loss trend analysis to design targeted risk control educational materials, seminars, and proactive prevention campaigns tailored to high-exposure areas. Partner with Claims, Underwriting, Marketing, and Communications teams to translate risk data into actionable insurance solutions and organizational safety initiatives.

Establish data integrity standards for risk control field visit reports, tracking recommendation implementation and quantifying the ROI of risk mitigation efforts. What you need to have: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.

Associate in risk management (ARM) or equivalent required within 18 months of hire. Certifications in Data Analytics (e.g., Power BI/Tableau certification, SQL, Python/R) or Risk & Safety (NFPA, OSHA) are preferred. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in risk management, claims analysis, data analysis, or property/casualty insurance loss control.
