Location: Fibrisol Service Limited, 16 Colville Rd, London W3 8TE Schedule: 7:30am-4pm, Mon-Fri The Role: Fibrisol UK is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our Factory Team as Production Operatives. This is an entry-level role that offers hands-on training across a variety of factory tasks, with a structured pay progression scheme based on skills development and job competency.

The Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and perform a range of factory tasks, including:
• Recipe Assembly
• Ribbon Blends
• Stacking and Labelling
• Warehouse Operations
• Blending Machine Operation
• Packing Machine Operation
• Fortnightly wash-down of machinery and equipment
• Work towards competency in each task to progress through the salary grading structure
• Follow Health and Safety, Food Safety, and operational procedures
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors for continuous improvement What We Offer:

• Minimum of GCSE Grade 4/C or above in Maths and English
• Prior experience in a factory or warehouse setting is desirable but not essential
• Good Time keeping
• Self-motivated
• Willingness & ability to learn
• Strong work ethic
• Must be comfortable with manual labour and handling - this role is not for someone who cannot complete repetitive lifting tasks.
