Key Responsibilities

Perform occupational therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of care. Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments in accordance with physician orders. Supervise and collaborate with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), as applicable. Accurately document evaluations, treatments, resident progress, and discharge plans.

Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and team communication. Ensure compliance with facility policies, professional standards, and state and federal regulations. for PRN Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) Current Ohio Occupational Therapist (OTR) license in good standing Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred Strong clinical judgment, communication, and time-management skills Compassionate, resident-centered approach
