• Retention Bonus A Frame Technician (also called Body and Frame Technician or Frame Repair Technician) specializes in diagnosing and repairing structural damage to vehicle frames, chassis, and related components. They work in auto body shops, collision centers, or heavy‑duty truck repair facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Body Shop Technicians will perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy
• Identify and determine parts required for body shoprepair of disassembled units
• Perform all levels of Collision Repair services in the body shop
• Touch-up painting on vehicle when assigned to do so
• Removal & installation of decals on unit.
• Examine assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended by the body shop technician.
• Document all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
• Body shop technician will test vehicles on the road when required
• Keeps shop area neat and clean.
• Operate all tools and equipment in a safe manner for your safety and other body shop technicians Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of Body Shop experience preferred
• Heavy Duty truck experience preferred
• CDL preferred
• Ability to meet insurance requirements Safety shoes are required on day one of employment.
