Systems Inc. is presently seeking a full-time Admin Support position to provide comprehensive administrative and project support to senior management teams and departments.

Job Requirements/skill sets: Ideal for a self-motivated individual with great work ethic and demonstrate keen initiative, attention-to-details and sound judgment Position will provide admin, clerical, secretarial, and special project support to Senior Managers and various department personnel requiring ability to interact with all levels of personnel and corporate divisions Must have proficient typing skills, strong computer skills, and advanced proficiency in MS Office to include Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and Outlook with ability to rapidly learn new techniques and procedures Must be able to type at least 40 words per minute Must demonstrate good oral and written communication Security Clearance: U.

S. citizenship required. Must be eligible for and be able to maintain a U.S. Secret Clearance. Must be able to access military facilities, naval shipyards, and private shipyards.
