• Midlothian, VA, Salary Range: Undisclosed, PERSONAL TRAINER Position Overview: As a Personal Trainer at American Family Fitness, you’ll inspire, coach, and empower members to reach their fitness goals. We’re looking for energetic, knowledgeable fitness professionals who are passionate about helping people live healthier, happier lives. Reports To: Fitness Director Compensation: Trainers are compensated through a blended pay structure consisting of a per-session rate for time spent training clients and an hourly rate for all non-session work. This model rewards performance, productivity, and career growth while eliminating commission-based pay. This position pays $27–$41 per training session, based on experience, certifications, and client load. Non-Session hours will be paid $12.77.

Key Responsibilities
