Commission-Based Sales Representative (Paint)

Overview

KB Painting & Refinishing is seeking an experienced full-time Commission-Based Sales Representative with a background in selling painting services. We provide all the leads, allowing you to focus on closing deals and maximizing your earnings. This role offers the potential to earn $100,000+ annually, with an attractive commission structure.

You’ll earn 6% on all revenue generated, with an increase to 10% after surpassing $1,000,000 in sales within a one-year period. Job Description: As a Commission-Based Sales Representative for KB Painting & Refinishing, your primary responsibility is to convert provided leads into secured painting projects. You will engage with clients, conduct consultations, provide detailed estimates, and close sales for both residential and commercial painting services.

Your expertise in painting sales will be critical in building client relationships and driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with pre-qualified leads provided through our extensive marketing efforts. Conduct client consultations, assess project needs, and provide accurate estimates for painting jobs. Close sales and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Compensation

6% commission on all revenue generated. Increase to 10% commission on revenue after surpassing $1,000,000 in sales within a 12-month period. Full-time position with the potential to earn $100,000+ annually based on performance.

Requirements

Proven experience in selling painting services is mandatory . Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage leads, follow up effectively, and close sales. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
