Stoughton Health has an excellent opportunity for a Food Prep Assistant to join our Food and Nutrition team on a Per Diem basis The Food Prep Assistant is responsible for preparation, assembly, and service of patient meal orders. Prepares café food orders at appropriate temperatures. This position receives training which will properly teach the prep assistant how to prepare hot foods. The Food Prep Assistant may also be responsible for stocking, register duties, cleaning and sanitizing dishes while also maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen and storage environment.
