The Challenge As an AI Value Lead, you will spearhead the integration of artificial intelligence into the organisation’s communication strategies.

You will act as the bridge between innovation and practical application, ensuring that the AI initiatives - from content automation to conversational agents - deliver real value, maintain trust and are built on sound data foundations. What you’ll be doing Set the Strategy: Define how AI enhances our engagement and content, keeping client needs and business priorities at the heart of every decision Own the Outcome: Act as a product owner for key AI initiatives, leading them from concept through to full adoption Embed Innovation: Help us move beyond theoretical knowledge into real-world application, integrating AI into content workflows and dynamic client experiences Navigate Complexity: Partner with our Data, Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to co-create governance frameworks that allow us to experiment safely and scale effectively Champion Adoption: You know that technology alone doesn't solve problems.
