For this role, you'll be supporting 123inkt, one of the most trusted e-commerce brands in the Netherlands for printers, cartridges and office supplies. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the person customers rely on when they need help.

Whether they have a question about an order, a delivery, or finding the right product, you're there to provide a smooth and positive experience every time. What will you actually do? Help Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email and chat Answer questions about orders, deliveries, products and returns Find quick and customer-friendly solutions Guide customers to the right products when they need advice Work together with different teams to solve customer requests efficiently Make sure every customer leaves the conversation feeling heard and helped Every interaction is an opportunity to create a great customer experience.
