HR Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting all HR activities in Venezuela, ensuring compliance with local Labor Laws and Company Policies. This role manages key HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, labor relations, payroll coordination, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.

It also ensures the accuracy of personnel records, supports audits and reporting requirements, and works closely with regional and corporate HR teams to implement HR programs and strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives.
