Regional Operations Performance Manager - Prairie

Specialty Building Products is looking for a Regional Operations Performance Manager for our Prairie Region to improve how work is completed. This role works directly with Divisional VPs, Regional Directors, Branch Managers, Operations Managers, supervisors, and front-line employees to put company standards into practice, lead improvement projects, support local leaders, and improve service, productivity, quality, and cost.

Success in this role depends on building strong working relationships, keeping projects organized, using data to solve problems, and making sure new processes continue after the project is complete.
