Direct Support Professional (Behavior Technician Experience)

As a DSP/Personal Attendant, you will provide individualized support to adults with developmental disabilities receiving Supported Living Services.

The primary focus of this role is the active supervision of individuals to ensure their health and safety, while providing occasional hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) for individuals with complex needs. You will provide incidental behavioral prevention and intervention support, operate with increased independence, and be responsible for maintaining service quality and helping ensure a stable living environment.
