Development Operations Coordinator (Development Associate)

The Development Associate will provide support for fundraising initiatives to include RENXT database management assistance, special events, and day-to-day operations for the department. This includes serving as a primary front-line fundraiser to engage and introduce the organization to new individual donors, corporations and foundations to receive philanthropic support.

The Development Associate is responsible for supporting the development team in its efforts of cultivating and maintaining social investors to impact the overall success of Pressley Ridge. This position requires the ability to assist and act in a confidential capacity, communicate well with tact, and project a professional image with all levels of internal personnel, corporate Board of Directors, and external stakeholders.
