Job Description We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a kind heart and a genuine desire to care for others. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care while maintaining dignity, respect, and comfort for residents. The License Practical Nurse will collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient resident care delivery. The LPN will also supervise Nurse Aide Trainees and Certified Nurse Aides during assigned shifts, serving as a role model and resource for staff. Accurate documentation, professionalism, and employee engagement are essential to this position.

Qualifications

Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing. Must possess a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license as required by the state of South Dakota. All applicants must pass a pre-employment background check. A tuberculosis test will be done upon hire.
