Residential Manager

Hammond. Care is currently looking for an experienced Full-time Residential Manager to lead and inspire the team at Horsley This role works within the Mission in Action of Hammond. Care to lead, motivate and empower staff to deliver high quality and individualised care to the residents in a calm, supportive and safe environment.

Care Horsley Residential Aged Care Essence of the Role: Lead, inspire and empower multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional, person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity and quality of life for residents Oversee all clinical, operational and financial aspects of the residential home, ensuring safe, compliant and high-performing service delivery Foster a collaborative and supportive community by building strong relationships with residents, families, staff, health professionals and external service providers Drive continuous improvement, accreditation outcomes and sustainable occupancy through effective leadership, governance and strategic planning Benefits
