Temp. Group Air Coordinator

Creating Outstanding Experiences Through Service The Event Solutions Group is looking for eight (8) enthusiastic, detail-driven professionals to join the team as Temporary Group Air Coordinators. In this fast-paced and highly detailed role, you will support all aspects of group air travel, including airline reservations, ticketing, traveler assistance, schedule management, billing and air reporting.

You will help to ensure travelers reach their destinations efficiently while providing timely communication, problem resolution, and exceptional customer service. Join the Group Air Management team and help deliver seamless travel experiences through a combination of service excellence, technology, and operational expertise. Commitment required: December 2026 through March 2027 This position is located in our Minneapolis Metro headquarters.

What You'll Do

Manage participant air travel requests and needs. Monitor airline ticketing queues and itineraries. Route passengers to group destination utilizing negotiated fares. Manage credit card payment processing and collections. Field and manage attendee air travel questions, and frequently asked questions via phone and email.

Partner with account teams and customers during planning meetings. Work within Lenos registration site to ensure accurate data of flight schedules and generate reporting. Abide by BIW and customer corporate registration and security guidelines. Work overtime and non-traditional hours to meet deadlines and customer requests.

What You'll Bring

Comfortable balancing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines. A positive and dependable team contributor. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Adaptable, resourceful, and energized by a fast-moving environment. Organized and ability to manage multiple tasks with an attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Above average customer service skills. Preferred Experience GDS experience but not required (Amadeus preferred). Advanced MS Office skills.

Some previous business experience required. Air Ticketing, Planning, or similar experience in a corporate or 3 rd party setting preferred but not required. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with travelers, airlines, and internal teams to ensure smooth and successful travel programs. This position is located at our Minneapolis Metro headquarters. Hourly Rate Range: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour. The final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, and skills.
