Recruitment Officer (Temp)

Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll take ownership of the recruitment process across a variety of positions, working closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver quality hiring outcomes. In this role, you'll: Manage end-to-end recruitment, from approval and advertising through to offer and onboarding.

Source and engage candidates using job boards, social media, referrals and proactive search methods. Screen applications, conduct phone interviews and coordinate interviews with stakeholders. Manage candidate communications and ensure a professional and positive recruitment experience. Conduct reference checks and prepare employment documentation.

Maintain accurate recruitment records and systems. You'll join a collaborative and supportive People & Culture team that genuinely values partnership and service. This role works closely with managers across multiple business areas, making it well suited to someone who enjoys building relationships and influencing strong recruitment practices.

To be successful, you'll bring: Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a similar HR role. Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build credibility with leaders across the business. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. The ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities. Desirable Qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline. Experience using recruitment systems and LinkedIn sourcing tools. 6-month fixed term contract with an immediate opportunity to contribute.
