SCM- Facilities Senior Analyst(Local)-Mianyang

Job Responsibilities

Assist company leadership with daily operational affairs; coordinate cross-departmental resources on behalf of the Plant Manager to ensure smooth factory operations. Assist leadership in drafting and reviewing various important documents and reports. Responsible for organizing company meetings, including material preparation, meeting notifications, on-site coordination, and timely distribution of meeting minutes.

Responsible for receiving important domestic and international visitors, including preparing presentation materials and arranging logistics. Responsible for tracking and driving the implementation of key company projects, as well as coordinating project resources. Responsible for document translation and on-site interpretation services.

Responsible for team building of factory supervisors to enhance team cohesion; manage the clerical team to improve members' professional capabilities. Assist in the overall coordination of company resources such as meeting rooms and vehicles. Responsible for daily administrative management duties, including assisting leadership with scheduling, travel arrangements, and ensuring smooth daily workflow without conflicts; handling business expense applications, management, and reimbursements; reviewing approval documents submitted by various departments and ensuring timely submission to leadership for approval and distribution.

Responsible for participating in the planning and organization of various large-scale company events and coordinating related resources. Responsible for completing other routine tasks as assigned. Job Requirements: Proficient in various office software and operating systems. Strong English skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

Solid document processing skills with excellent communication and coordination abilities. Demonstrated project management capabilities.
