You’ll play a vital role in ensuring residents feel safe, comfortable, and supported.

Key responsibilities include

Providing companionship and emotional reassurance during the night Assisting with personal care and hygiene Supporting mobility where required Carrying out regular checks to ensure residents’ safety and wellbeing Supporting a calm and comfortable environment Assisting with light housekeeping duties Administering or supporting medication management where required About Halmer Court Located in the heart of Spalding, Halmer Court is a purpose-built care home offering 61 ensuite rooms designed for comfort, dignity, and ease of mobility.

We provide residential, dementia, and respite care in a fully accessible setting tailored to older adults with a range of care needs.
