Registered Nurse - PCU

Key Responsibilities**

• Patient Monitoring & Care:** Interpret telemetry, manage vasoactive drips, and handle complex devices like chest tubes and ventilators.

• Assessment & Action:** Utilize clinical judgment to recognize patient deterioration and respond to evolving needs.

• Collaboration:** Coordinate with physicians and the care team to implement, document, and update patient treatment plans.

Qualifications**

• Licensure:** Active VA or Compact RN license.

• Experience:** 1-2 years of recent acute care (PCU/ICU) experience.

• Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.

• Skills:** Proficiency in arrhythmia recognition and high-turnover patient management.

• Preferred:** BSN and PCCN certification.
