The Principal

• Compliance manages and advances key enterprise Compliance programs and regulatory management capabilities. This position supports regulatory intelligence and change management, regulatory inventory and obligations management, regulatory implementation tracking, Compliance training, , and Compliance Management System maturity initiatives. The work includes tracking and monitoring for all applicable laws within the 50 states and applicable Federal Laws and Regulations. The role partners with Legal, Enterprise Risk, Compliance subject matter experts, business owners, and other stakeholders to translate regulatory developments and program needs into structured, sustainable processes and to promote effective governance, documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement.
