You'll also serve as backup to the supervisor when they're out.

Responsibilities

Perform clerical work, including data entry, recordkeeping, filing, and reports Assist the supervisor with daily floor operations Step in as lead when the supervisor is unavailable Help keep the team on track with safety, quality, and productivity standards Communicate clearly with team members and management Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience with computers and basic office programs (Word, Excel, email) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and switch between desk work and the floor Reliable attendance and availability for the full 2nd shift Leadership potential: prior lead or training experience is a plus Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 pm-10:00 pm Pay: $17.
