What is Access Fast Track? Capacity is a non-profit association and a start-up incubator which works to facilitate the economic and social inclusion of persons with refugee and migrant background into a sustainable Swiss economy and society. Access Fast Track is an initiative aimed to support the refugees recently arriving in Switzerland as well as the wider refugee and migrant community in their integration in the Swiss Labour Market.
