Team Member A (Soldering) CompX Grayslake is a leading manufacturer of highly engineered mechanical and electromechanical locking devices, systems for world class original equipment manufacturers and manufacture of precision instruments, throttles, marine products, and accessories. Position Requirements: Ability to read blueprints and drawings.

Experience in soldering, a plus. Ability to assemble electronic parts and work with small parts. Knowledge of terminal crimping and wire cutting. Wire harness testing and troubleshooting. Ability to communicate with peers and work closing with engineers. Ability to train employees. Ability to follow work instructions and internal control plans.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Requirements: High School Diploma, Soldering Certification and/or some college. Leadership Skills a plus. Basic computer skills. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
