Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage HVAC and plumbing operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Oversee project management for HVAC and plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability. Manage and mentor a team of technicians and project managers, fostering a positive work environment.

Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and industry standards in all operations. Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely completion. Evaluate and improve existing processes and systems to enhance service delivery.

Previous supervisory or management experience preferred. EPA Section 608 Certification required. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications

Master or Journeyman HVAC License. Experience managing residential and light commercial HVAC operations. Experience with scheduling, dispatching, and inventory management.
