Maintenance Specialist

Develop preventive maintenance and inspection plans for electrical equipment based on production requirements and equipment operating conditions. Monitor and analyze equipment performance and provide periodic reports to management. Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance technicians in resolving electrical and automation issues.

Manage electrical spare parts inventory, including contactors, relays, inverters, motors, and related components. Prepare monthly inventory reports, conduct regular stock counts, and develop spare parts purchasing plans. Lead or participate in electrical system improvement, optimization, and technical innovation projects.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and electrical operating procedures. Promote safe work practices and maintain a clean and organized working environment.
