Radiology Supervisor

Job Summary

Under the direct supervision of the Director of Operations. The Radiology Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the Imaging department at the procedural and administrative level. Ensures that quality imaging procedures are being performed in an accurate and timely manner. Will act as a mentor to all technologists.

The position is responsible for orientation and competency assessment of new Radiology employees and the ongoing education and competency assessment of other Radiology employees. Acts as a facilitator for excellent customer services of Radiology patients and educates staff as indicated. Ensures that all safety procedures are being observed at the procedural level.

Will perform Radiology procedures as required.
