About the Role

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent service to our clients. This is an office-based position involving various responsibilities, including order entry, phone support, order tracking, and general office duties. This position is available on a permanent full-time basis; however, we are also open to considering part-time arrangements for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately process and enter customer orders into our system. Handle incoming calls from clients and address their inquiries promptly and professionally. Proactively follow up on orders to obtain estimated time of arrivals and provide updates to clients. Confirm the receipt of orders and ensure accurate documentation.

Address customer inquiries and provide information about products or services. Assist with various office tasks to contribute to the overall efficiency of the workplace.

About You

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
