Auto Body Technician Kaizen Collision Center – Colorado Locations Full-Time | $25–$30 Flag Hour OTHER SHOPS ARE SLOW. WE'RE STACKED WITH WORK. Tired of standing around waiting for the next repair? At Kaizen Collision Center, the work is piling up. We just need experienced Body Technicians to get it done. We're hiring skilled Auto Body Technicians across our Colorado locations who know how to turn hours, produce quality repairs, and make money.

We have the cars. We have the work. We need the talent. $25–$30 PER FLAG HOUR Pay based on experience, skill, certifications, and production ability. WHAT WE NEED Experienced collision repair technicians Strong structural and non-structural repair skills Metal work, panel replacement, and frame repair experience Ability to follow OEM repair procedures Technicians who can turn hours without sacrificing quality Reliable, motivated people who want to PRODUCE I-CAR, ASE, and OEM certifications are a plus.

Valid driver's license required.
