Public Relations Officer 9 months Contract

Location:- Tai SengSalary Range:- $2,500 – $4,000Contract Duration:- 9 Months (January 2026 – September 2026)Working Days:- Monday to FridayIndustry:- Main Contractor / ConstructionKey Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary contact between the project team and residents/tenants.

• Manage public enquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional manner.
• Examine and take immediate action for any inconvenience to the public caused by construction works.
• Coordinate timely updates, notices, and communication materials to stakeholders.
• Support planning and execution of community engagement activities.
• Monitor site conditions and highlight potential public relation issues.
• Maintain feedback records and follow-up status for reporting purposes.
• Provide general administrative support for site operations.Requirements:
• GCE ‘O’ Level / Nitec / Diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and customer-service mindset.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced site environment.
• Experience in public relations, community engagement, or construction industry will be an advantage (not mandatory).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
