CNC Machinist II

ALS provides pumping systems to both the Oil and Gas and Geothermal market. Partner with the best As CNC Machinist you will be required to improve on time of Product Delivery and sustaining projects to an acceptable level. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for:

• Understanding CNC machining principles and independently operating CNC equipment. Possessing knowledge of cutting tool selection and machining parameters.
• Performing CNC programming, setup, and program optimization independently. Assisting engineers in the design of tooling, fixtures, and related production equipment.
• Carrying out complex equipment maintenance and troubleshooting activities to ensure stable machine operation independently.
• Using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and other precision measurement tools proficiently.
• Interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications accurately.
• Identifying, analyzing, and creatively resolving production line issues to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:
• Have 3 year or above working experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Have a technical, high school, vocational school, or associate above, with a major in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Have basic English proficiency with the ability to read and write simple work-related documents. Fluent Chinese.
• Have good communication and teamwork skills.
• Be able to work overtime and rotating shifts as required, physically fit.
