Corporate Finance Manager REF 1790504 Contract Length: 6 months Location: Hybrid/Rugby – 2-3 days per week on site IR35: Inside Pay Rate to Intermediary: Negotiable Security Clearance: BPSS Spinwell is recruiting for a Corporate Finance Manager for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES

OF THE CORPORATE FINANCE MANAGER Including responsibility for and possibly doing:- Production of the statement of accounts External Audit VAT CIS returns Fixed Asset Register Accounts Payable Treasury Management and Banking Cash Flow Delta returns WGA Anything and everything else that needs doing For the first couple of weeks will need to be on site in Rugby probably for at least 4 days each week – so that they can understand what is going and to meet all the relevant people After that it will need a weekly on site presence of 2 or 3 days – depending on business need SKILLS/EXPERIENCES OF THE CORPORATE FINANCE MANAGER Must be a fully Qualified Accountant and member of one of the appropriate bodies Must be a fully qualified accountant and be basically, a hands-on technical accountant that will also have all the responsibility for all corporate finance items Must be able to produce statement of accounts and be hands on - no managing people who do it Must have sufficient and recent experience in District and Borough Councils This is not a ‘just manage’ – it’s very many hands on If you are a Corporate Finance Manager, apply now or send your CV to Spinwell!
