Maintenance I (Custodial)

Under the general supervision of the Facilities Maintenance Director, the Custodian I is responsible for performing routine cleaning and manual labor in and around the County Courthouse, Courthouse Annex, and other county facilities as assigned.  This position requires an individual who is punctual, dependable, trustworthy, willing, and capable of working diligently for an eight-hour shift.

The Custodian I must demonstrate a cooperative and professional attitude while interacting with Department Heads, Elected Officials, and county employees.
