2nd Shift Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary

The Fleet Supervisor (2nd Shift) starting at 11:30 a.m. is responsible for providing hands-on leadership, manages workflow, assigns and prioritizes repair and preventative maintenance tasks, and ensures all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards for a fleet of 70+ vehicles while supervising a team of 13 technicians.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Oversees the day-to-day operations of employees in the maintenance shop. Coordinates and supervises all maintenance work and repairs, and monitors progress and quality. Reviews driver repairs and other maintenance requests and prepares work order documents. Performs mechanical duties as needed. Monitors inventory of replacement parts and restocks as needed.

Oversees personnel including coaching, training, evaluating employee performance, and conducting disciplinary action as needed. Provides input into termination, compensation, and promotion decisions. Interprets and ensures consistent application of organizational policies and safety regulations. Creates and submits reports as necessary.

Qualifications

A. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (accredited) 4 years years of relevant work experience. (in addition to education requirements) Driver's License Valid Driver's License Upon Hire B.

Pay: The expected base pay range for this onsite position is $73,525 - $86,000.

This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
